About me — how my journey began

I came to coaching as a direct result of mentoring sixth formers ahead of their university and workplace interviews. I discovered that with attentive listening and careful review of their personal statements these students were empowered to reflect on their strengths and weaknesses and emerge with a greater sense of who they were. They developed defined and achievable goals and more certainty about their way forward. The power of good mentoring was transformational for them and for me. Now as a coach, I continue to get a huge sense of satisfaction when clients use the tools offered to them to reach a successful outcome. I too have a coach because I believe in coaching and because it works.

We may be through the pandemic but for many new graduates and young adults self confidence is at an all time low and there is real uncertainty about what the future holds.  Let me help you to set credible, achievable goals and turn a new page.
